Ayurveda for non-natives tailored to the modern day and age.
My coaching takes a holistic approach to addressing your health concerns or supporting your prevention efforts.
Hi, I am Yulia. I have formally studied Ayurveda for several years, completing the first year of the Ayurvedic Practitioner degree in the Netherlands (2021) and later earning certification as an Ayurveda Health Coach from the European Academy of Ayurveda in Germany (2026). My academic background is in Persuasive (Health and Public) Communication Science (MSc, Faculty of Social and Behavioral Sciences, University of Amsterdam).
Deeply fascinated by Ayurveda's practical wisdom, I live by its principles daily. My dedication to this system is fueled by ongoing research and insights gained from applying Ayurvedic knowledge to my clients’ and my own lives.
I integrate holistic nutrition, herbalism, yoga, and meditation, along with behavioral psychology, to craft solutions tailored to each client’s unique goals and limitations. I interpret Ayurvedic principles through the perspective of modern life. My clients are contemporary people, and my goal is to weave health solutions into their daily routines.
Eating Ayurvedically doesn't mean eating Indian food; living Ayurvedically doesn't require being a yogi or practicing Vedic philosophy. The beauty of this medical science lies in its universal essence, rooted in the laws of nature.

How I can help
01
Personalized wellness mapping
Anamnesis consultation and a treatment protocol.
Prerequisite for new clients or those who have not had an appointment in the past year.
In person (Berlin, DE) or virtual.
-
90 min, €150
and a free 20-minute follow-up on the protocol
We start with a comprehensive discovery session to understand you - your complaints, individual constitutional tendencies (‘Dosha’ in Ayurveda), habits, health markers, and aspirations. During this session, we discuss not only your illness but also your overall health, body-mind inclinations, diet, digestion, and elimination. The outcome is a tailored, complaint-based (and seasonal) protocol aligned with your primary concern and therapeutic goals. Afterward, I offer a 20-minute follow-up (online if preferred) to support protocol implementation and answer questions.
02
Ongoing health coaching
Follow-ups and treatment adjustments.
For existing clients only. Recommended once a month to every three months.
In person (Berlin, DE) or virtual.
-
30 min, €50
60 min, €100
Your protocol is a dynamic roadmap that evolves with your progress and should be adapted to real-life challenges. We will keep discussing your advancements, and I will support you with behavioral changes, as well as adjust protocols for seasonal shifts and new stressors. New routines and herbs are usually suggested. We deepen the understanding of your ‘Doshic’ makeup, explore your constitution, and work holistically on your body-mind well-being.

What my clients say
“With Yulia, we are working on creating a sustainable lifestyle while dealing with certain chronic conditions. Yulia’s Ayurvedic coaching helps me better understand my body’s needs, listen to myself, and reconnect with my own sensations. Her approach is clear, pedagogical, and easy to apply in everyday life.
She also supports me with herbs and diet. Her thoughtful guidance helped me rediscover a healthier appetite for food and adjust the eating habits that no longer served me.”
— Timothée, 38
“I had the privilege of meeting with Yulia to address acne, a challenge I’ve struggled with for many years. From the very beginning, she created a warm, caring space where I felt truly seen and treated as a whole person. She thoughtfully explored not only my physical symptoms, but also my emotional well-being, stress levels, and sleep patterns. It was incredibly affirming to be approached so holistically.
Yulia provided an extensive and clearly written protocol with tangible, manageable steps that I could begin integrating into my daily life. I started noticing improvements within just a few weeks, which brought me a deep sense of relief and renewed hope. After feeling failed by Western medicine for so long, working with Yulia was a breath of fresh air and offered a completely new, empowering perspective. ”
— Lilly, 27
“Yulia has a very sensitive and friendly manner of welcoming you, asking questions, and listening to your needs. I felt truly heard, understood, and supported during my preventive health journey. Now, I am much stronger and fitter than I was before! Thank you so much!”

Ayurveda is the world’s oldest documented medical system, dating back 5000 years. It originated in India and is first mentioned in the Vedas, the ancient philosophical texts.
Ayurveda, literally ‘the science of living,’ blends knowledge, philosophy, and practical wisdom. It is considered both an art and a science.
It is based on nature and universal laws, making it an ‘eternal’ system.
While it provides a structured approach to disease management and includes fields like internal medicine, ENT, surgery, paediatrics, psychology, etc., its emphasis is on prevention and enhancing quality of life for everyone, not just the ill.

At the core, we work with opposing qualities describing matter or processes in the perceived world (e.g., heavy-light, cold-hot, solid-liquid, etc.). We observe these ‘gunas‘ outside and inside your body. Some are part of your constitution (‘Prakriti’, composed of ‘Doshas’), while others emerge during illness or change with a season, time of day, weather, life cycle, menstrual cycle, etc. Our goal is to continuously adjust these qualities in your body and mind to maintain your personal balance. This can be achieved through targeted lifestyle routines that address physical and mental aspects, foods, and therapeutic herbs with contrasting qualities, known as ‘gunas.’
Ayurveda is also well-known for its focus on gut health, particularly through the concept of ‘Agni,’ which broadly refers to 'digestion' or ‘digestive fire.’ It emphasizes that the integrity of all seven body tissues - i.e., blood, muscle, fat, bones, nerves, reproductive tissues, and more - is fundamentally linked to the quality of food digestion and absorption. Thus, it is not just about what you eat, but rather how effectively you can digest and assimilate your nutrition.

After the consultation, you will receive an actionable plan with recommendations on health routines and lifestyle, nutrition, herbal remedies, and possibly cosmetics (if applicable).
If we continue working together, we will adjust your protocols to new seasons, life stressors, and any changes that occur in your environment.
We will also work on your behaviors and habits. My ultimate goal is to teach you to recognize and align with the nature within and around you, enabling self-balancing and self-healing.
